For pilot access, sign-in problems, data exports, account deletion or a security concern, email lima.founders@gmail.com.
Use the email address associated with your LIMA account. Describe what happened and roughly when. We may ask you to verify your identity before accessing or changing account information.
Please do not email passwords, sign-in links, identity documents or copies of sensitive records. We will arrange a private transfer if one is needed.
This is a small pilot with founder-operated support. Keep original copies of important documents and check time-sensitive deadlines independently.
